Cancellations

Customers may request their order to be cancelled at any time PRIOR to shipping. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us via the LiveChat option immediately. DO NOT REPLY TO YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Be sure you are ordering exactly what you need/want. This cancellation policy also applies to orders cancelled by CRH Customs due to customers failing to adhere to our store policies regarding firearm, magazine or ammunition sales.

General Ordering Policies

CRH Customs does not rent, sell, trade or in any way share credit card holder information with third parties. Credit card holder information is protected by the use of encryption and secure socket layer (SSL) technology.

Some helpful hints on placing an order with CRH Customs:

  1. Legal: Don’t ask us to do anything illegal. We won’t. All federal, state and local laws apply – and that includes the NFA.
  2. We only ship to the 50 United States, no territories.
  3. State tax will be charged to residents of Wisconsin.

Shipping Policies

  1. It is your responsibility to be familiar with your current local gun laws BEFORE placing your order.
  2. All orders are shipped to the billing address used for the order. Only exceptions being items required to ship to FFLs.
    • Orders instructed to ship to a separate address than the billing address may be subject to cancellation and fees incurred
  3. All orders (excluding ammunition orders) are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). No exceptions.
  4. Ammunition sales will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS)
  5. All firearms will be sent out fully insured with tracking numbers.
  6. Shipping charges area to be paid by buyer unless otherwise specified at initial contact.
  7. All firearm orders are shipped at a flat rate of $30 to the lower 48 states unless otherwise noted.
  8. All non-firearm orders are shipped at a flat rate of $11.95 to all 50 states unless otherwise noted.
  9. All ammunition orders are shipped at a flat rate of $15. See our ammo restrictions
  10. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  11. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged actual USPS shipping costs.
  12. Firearms may be restricted from shipment to certain states. Please see listings for info.
  13. Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) Holder. See Below.

Condition of Goods Upon Receipt

  1. Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  2. Shortages or the receipt of incorrect items must be reported within three business days of delivery.
  3. CRH Customs will be happy to rectify any shortages or incorrect items that are reported within three business days of delivery.
  4. To report a shortage or receipt of incorrect item, please contact us via the LiveChat button at the bottom right hand corner of your screen immediately. Include your name, contact information, original order number and the nature of the order discrepancy. Please note that we will not be able to help you with order discrepancies that are reported more than three business days after receipt.
  5. Damage of items during shipment is always a possibility. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the USPS directly to place a claim. To help expedite your claim, please retain all boxing and shipping materials as the USPS may ask to inspect these prior to settling a claim.
  6. If your order’s tracking number shows as delivered but you did not receive it you must go through the USPS Missing Mail Search Request.  Please contact us for further information.

Returns and Warranty Claims

  1. With customer satisfaction a high priority at CRH Customs, we urge you to read the following information. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have prior to making your purchase.
  2. All warranties are covered by the product’s manufacturer. We will be glad to assist in helping with a warranty issue, if you have a problem please email us and we will be glad to help get the problem ironed out.
  3. FIREARMS
    1. No returns on firearms.
    2. New firearms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and should be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair.
    3. There is no warranty on used guns unless otherwise specified before purchase.
  4. SURPLUS ITEMS
    1. No returns on surplus items.
      1. Surplus items are used and will exhibit appropriate wear in relation to their description. Because of this, we cannot accept returns.
  5. ALL OTHER ITEMS
    1. Returned items must in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you. This includes boxes and accessories.
    2. All returned items must have a return authorization number which we will assign. Please contact us via the LiveChat button in the bottom right corner of your screen prior to returning to obtain the return authorization number.
  6. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items.
  7. Any shipping or auction fees are nonrefundable.
  8. CRH Customs neither warrants nor guarantees any weapon or item purchased. The original manufacturer warrants the item. We will be happy to be of any assistance possible with your warranty claim.
  9. CRH Customs reserves the right whether or not to issue a pre-paid return label, depending on the nature of the return.
  10. Returns which are sent with “postage due” will be declined upon arrival and sent back to the customer.
  11. Returns due to No Known Address or Unable to Forward due to bad address will be handled as a return and will be subjected to standard restocking fees.

 

Magazine Restrictions

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Magazines are restricted to 20 magazines PER ORDER. We do not have a household restriction. If you want to order more than 20 magazines, please place multiple orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to abide by their local laws concerning magazine capacity restrictions. CRH Customs reserves the right to cancel magazine shipments/orders to the following areas, unless otherwise noted specifically in the product description. If your state has a magazine restriction, but not a restriction on certain firearms we carry, we will exclude the magazine from the firearms shipment should it not meet your state’s restrictions.

Firearms Purchases

NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. It is the customer’s responsibility to abide by their local laws concerning purchasing a firearm. CRH Customs reserves the right to cancel any firearms purchases that it deems necessary. All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder. We will NOT ship your order until we have a valid FFL on file.

Please have your FFL send a copy of their license to kevin@crhcustoms.com with the subject line indicating that it is an FFL for your order number. As exmaple: “FFL For Order #0000001”. We verify all FFLs with the BATFE.

When placing an order, you may use your own or your FFL’s shipping address, however, we will ONLY ship to the address on the FFL’s license. We will not ship to P.O. boxes. All firearms shipments will be shipped with signature requirement.

It is common courtesy to contact your FFL prior to purchasing and having it shipped to them. Customer assumes all responsibility for costs should an FFL refuse and return a transfer.

If your state has a magazine restriction, but not a restriction on certain firearms we carry, we will exclude the magazine from the firearms shipment should it not meet your state’s restrictions.

Please note: We DO NOT allow local pick-up for firearms, nor do we accept walk-ins. All firearms must be shipped to a valid FFL holder, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Firearms Sales & Shipping Restrictions

We do not allow firearms purchases from the following areas unless otherwise noted in the product description. All firearms purchases originating from these areas will be canceled. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Ammunition Restrictions

It is the customer’s responsibility to abide by their local laws concerning purchasing ammunition. CRH Customs reserves the right to cancel any ammunition shipments.

Please Note: It is VERY IMPORTANT that you adhere to the restrictions below. If your order is canceled, we WILL NOT refund credit card transaction fees due to customer negligence.

By purchasing ammunition from CRH Customs you are agreeing to the following:

  1. You are at least 21 years of age.
  2. You are adhering to local, state and federal law pertaining to purchasing ammunition.
  3. You are not under any investigation, indictment or been convicted of any crime which would prevent you from owning a firearm or ammunition.
  4. You are not a convicted felon or fugitive from justice.
  5. You are not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substances.
  6. You are not a user of marijuana in any way even if legal in your state.
  7. You are not an illegal or unlawful alien.
  8. You have not been dishonorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces or may be.
  9. You have no renounced your U.S. citizenship and are a legal resident of the United States.
  10. You are not a subject to a restraining order or have been convicted of stalking or domestic violence.

The following areas are prohibited from receiving shipments of ammunition from CRH Customs. Some areas must adhere to certain restrictions.
